Adriatik's and Foxy's suggestions were both the house specials. They both have hamburger, pepperoni, mushrooms, sausage, onions, and peppers. Here's Adriatik's cheese and specialty.
Apparently Foxy has been in business in Glastonbury for the last forty years?! I'm considering finding some more information about these places and highlighting them in separate posts. Maybe once I have some more free time. Anyway, here's Foxy's offering.
The results were a no brainer. Adriatik's toppings were delishy fresh. Their onions and peppers were crisp. Foxy's mushrooms tasted canned. You can't deny the fresh ingredients! But Foxy seals the cheese bracket win for better cheese and appropriate cheese to sauce ratio.
